When you submit a dilemma, we collect what you send us: your written dilemma, and any optional details you choose to include, like an email, social handle, pronouns, or age range.

When you join the newsletter, we collect your first name and email address.

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, and message.

We also collect standard technical information (like browser type and general location) through normal website hosting logs.

Dilemma submissions are reviewed to decide what might be featured on the podcast. If a submission is selected, identifying details are changed or removed before it airs, per the consent given at submission.

Email addresses collected through the newsletter or dilemma form are used only to send the newsletter or, if you asked for a reply, to respond to you directly. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Contact form messages are used to respond to your enquiry and are not published.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.

You can request that we delete a submitted dilemma or contact message by emailing hello@themanifestationhotline.com.

We use third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, and data storage. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy practices.
